I’ve worked across a wide range of industries, with my primary focus in construction, industrial, and IT. Throughout my career, I’ve supported candidates at all levels, including entry-level roles, skilled trades professionals, corporate employees, managers, directors, and executives, as well as people who wanted to change their careers. My experience also includes working directly with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and serving in hiring manager roles myself, giving me a clear understanding of how decisions are made and what causes candidates to stand out or get eliminated. Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in every part of the process from writing job descriptions and identifying keyword strategies to sourcing talent, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and negotiating offers.

The reason I started Apply2Offer comes from my long tenure as a recruiter, where I saw highly qualified candidates struggle to present themselves effectively. Many people simply weren’t taught how to effectively present their experience into a strong resume, how to interview with confidence, or how to clearly communicate their value to employers. As a result, incredibly talented individuals were being overlooked, not because they weren’t capable, but because they weren’t properly positioned.
With this thought in mind, I began helping my friends and family overcome these same challenges through coaching, and I quickly realized how fulfilling it was to help people unlock opportunities they deserved. That experience became the foundation of why I do this work today.
